Just like its' historical sites, food is another attraction which defines Berlin's culture and adds to its' charm. Every neighbourhood, from Prenzlauer Berg to Charlottenburg, is littered with different restaurants, cafes and imbiß (snack stands). In the mood for something in particular? You will definitely find a place in Berlin to satisfy that craving. Or brave enough to try a new cuisine? There's always something to tantalize your tastebuds and expand your culinary horizons. I've compiled a list of some of the few restaurants I've tried out and others that come highly recommended (but I didn't get the chance to try. Too much food, too little time!) So remember to leave some time out of your day to enjoy and savour all the culinary delights that Berlin has to offer!
